These terms govern your use of the Pitch interface. By connecting a wallet and using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

What Pitch is

Pitch is an interface to smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. It is non-custodial: it never holds your funds, never controls your wallet and cannot move your assets. Every transaction is signed by you and executed by contracts that run without our intervention.

Launching a frequency through Pitch deploys a token with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000, opens a Uniswap v4 pool paired against WETH, and places the entire supply in that pool as positions owned by the launchpad contract, which has no function to decrease them. Neither we, nor the creator, nor anyone else can withdraw that liquidity.

Fees

Every trade in a frequency's pool pays a 2% fee, fixed by the protocol: 1.00% of volume to the Pitch platform, 0.70% to the frequency's runtime escrow, 0.25% to its creator and 0.05% to the Pitch team. During the first 60 seconds after a launch the fee starts at 50% and decays to 2%, and for the first 5 minutes a single swap may buy at most 1% of the supply. These rules are enforced by the contracts, not by this interface.

Runtime escrow and top-ups

A frequency's runtime escrow pays for its ticks and is expected to run out. Anyone may top it up. A top-up is a payment, not a deposit: it is never refunded and gives you no share, claim, return or right of any kind.

No forecasts

No amount shown by Pitch is a forecast. The interface displays what has been recorded on-chain and runway computed from it. It shows no yield and no annualised rate. Fee income depends entirely on trading that may never happen.

No audit

The Pitch contracts have not been audited by an external firm. They are covered by the test suite published in the repository, and nothing more. They are immutable: a defect cannot be patched in place.

No advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation. Pitch makes no recommendation about any token or transaction. You act on your own judgement and at your own risk, and you may lose everything you commit.

Frequencies launched by other people

Anyone can launch a frequency through Pitch. Names, symbols, images, liner notes and provenance documents are written by their creators, not by us, and Pitch does not verify them. A listing is not an endorsement, a verification, or a statement that a project is genuine or that its creator is honest. A creator is responsible for the rights to anything their frequency uses.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any restriction on using this kind of service where you live.
  • You will not use the interface to launch anything that infringes someone else's rights or misrepresents its source.
  • You are responsible for the security of your wallet and keys. Nobody at the project will ever ask for them.

Availability and changes

The interface may be unavailable, incomplete or wrong at any time. The contracts keep running regardless: a frequency, its pool and its escrow do not depend on this website. We may change these terms; the date above says when they last changed.

Limitation of liability

The interface and the contracts are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Pitch and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them.
